Getix Testlabs

About

Getix Testlabs

An independent compliance-readiness, remediation and game-testing consultancy for Asian regulated gaming markets, working primarily in the Philippines, with twenty years in this industry behind it. We sit between the studio and the certifier, and our only job is to make that handover happen once.

The name

GETIX

Five words that describe what a client should be able to expect on every engagement.

G
GamingWe work in this industry only — in Asia in particular, and we assist clients in regulated markets across the EU and LATAM. Reel strips, weight tables, ways-evaluation and free-spin retriggers are the vocabulary, not a domain we had to learn for the engagement.
E
ExpertiseTwenty years in this industry, and engineering-led with it. The people reading your math model can also read your engine, which is why we can tell you how to fix a finding rather than only that you have one.
T
TestingReal test passes with real criteria and a graded register — not a checklist walk-through and a summary email. Run early and often, not once at the end.
I
IntegrityWe report what we find, including when it is inconvenient. A readiness report that flatters you is worth nothing at the laboratory.
X
eXcellenceThe measure is simple: how many of our clients pay for one evaluation instead of three.
20 Years in gaming compliance, game testing and submission work.

Experience

Two decades of watching submissions succeed and fail.

Getix Testlabs exists because the same problems keep costing studios the same money. Twenty years in this industry is not a badge — it is the reason we can look at a math model, a rules screen or an RNG description and tell you where it will be stopped, before anyone has run a test.

  • Standards revised, regimes introduced and interpretations shifted — we know which of those changes actually reach your submission
  • The recurring findings that send games back, seen often enough to be recognised on sight
  • What a laboratory will stop on, and what a regulator will accept as evidence
  • Which findings are worth fixing and which are worth documenting a rationale for instead
  • How long each step really takes, so a plan is a plan rather than an optimistic guess

How we work

Principles we do not trade away

Independence

We are not paid on approval and we do not certify our own work. Our finding is our finding; the laboratory's is theirs. Anything else would make the readiness report worthless.

Reproducibility

Every figure we publish carries the seed set, engine build hash and configuration needed to regenerate it. If you cannot reproduce our number, it is not evidence.

Confidentiality

Math models, reel strips and source code are handled under NDA on segregated infrastructure, and returned or destroyed on your instruction at close.

Engineering-led

Verification runs against your production engine through a language-neutral harness, so the thing we measure is the thing that ships — not a spreadsheet approximation of it.

Evidence over assertion

A dossier is an argument. Every claim in it should be traceable to a test, a log, a hash or a simulation run that someone else can check.

Jurisdiction realism

Requirements in this region change often and unevenly. We confirm the operative rule set with the receiving body at scoping instead of working from last year's copy of the standard.

Positioning

What we are, and what we are not

We are

  • An independent partner from design through to approval
  • A readiness, remediation and verification team
  • A preparer of submission dossiers and technical responses
  • An independent verifier of RTP and game mathematics
  • A partner who works with your engineers to close findings, not just list them

We are not

  • The body that issues your certificate
  • A substitute for an accredited testing laboratory
  • A regulator, licensor or legal adviser
  • A guarantee of approval — no one honest offers that

Certification is issued by accredited testing laboratories and the relevant regulator. Getix Testlabs prepares you for that evaluation and supports you through it.

Next step

Send us one game and one target market.

Finished, half-built or still on a whiteboard — we will come back with a scoped plan, the document list your submission needs, and an honest view of what has to change before it is worth paying a laboratory to look at it.
